Great achievements are not born from a single vision but
from the combination of many distinctive viewpoints. Diversity
challenges assumptions, opens minds and unlocks our potential
to solve any problem we may face. The Red Cross strategy of
total diversity of our people, programs and services is a
challenging yet exciting opportunity to use our respective
imaginations, initiatives and energy to make a great
organization even greater.
Reaching out from our individual comfort zones is never
easy but that is how we learn, grow and enrich our experiences
as human beings. We encourage all Americans to join us on this
journey and experience the greatness of the human spirit at
its best.
