The Mower County Chapter of the American Red Cross
will offer the following CPR and First Aid Courses .
Adult, Infant and Child CPR Courses cover responding to an
emergency, rescue breathing, choking, and CPR skills. Certification
is valid for one year. The CPR Review course may be completed there
after to maintain certification.
The Basic First Aid Class helps participants learn how to deal
with sudden emergencies including heart attack and stroke; injury to
muscles, bones, and joints; burns, poisoning, and cuts, scrapes, and
bruises. Certification is valid for three years.
Anyone in the community who wishes to be better prepared to
respond to an emergency is encouraged to enroll in these classes.
